  •   The Basics – What is a Brand? Why is a Brand important?

  •   Your Brand – The difference between a Personal Brand and a Corporate Brand. Why should you manage your brand? What is in it for you?

  •   How to effectively use Social Media – Instagram, Twitter, Snap Chat, FB etc – what to share and what not to? Who’s managing your accounts? Who’s checking?

  •   Legal Considerations - Your rights. How can you protect yourself against libel and reputation damage?



4. (1-Day) - Conflict Management and Exercising Authority - Hyacinth Guy

At the end of the program participants:

●  Would understand what conflict is, recognize when it is arising and take steps to resolve or manage it

  • Would understand their own communication and conflict management style and adapt their style to deal with any type of conflicts

  • Would have developed some communication, conflict management and problem-solving skills to help you manage conflict in the workplace.
