We approach the latter utilizing two (2) powerful approaches called the “With-in” and “With-out” strategy. “With-in” (Internal) refers to the process to Attitude and Behavior change and “With-out” (External) refers to Performance Management.

The Company is run by Gail and Martin Francis, two individuals with a wealth of knowledge of the Corporate world, they both started off in the Banking Industry and they each have 25 years professional experience in different areas of business development. They then started their own business Rebit Limited, spreading and ensuring the growth and development of leaders throughout Trinidad and the Greater Caribbean via the LMI programmes.
