Effective leadership DEVELOPMENT (ELD)

Being a leadership, whether you are a manager, supervisor, Team lead or A Volunteer leader, Leadership is the ability to lead and influence others. When you are supervising people you must inevitable understand what leadership entails. Every manager doesn’t simply manage, he or she is a leader and as such must know what and how to work through their team members. The program focuses on the specific behaviours needed to manage people.
